job

Working as a Onsite Activity Co-Ordinator allowed me to develop on the skills I'd used as an Activity Leader over the last two summers.  I gained invaluable people management experience and a huge amount of satisfaction playing such an important part of making sure the activity programme was a success, with the students enjoying every minute!  Of course there were challenges, but being part of such an amazing team made it so much easier.
