job
Working as a Senior Teacher was a welcome challenge after 3 summers of being an EFL teacher. It allowed me to develop my leadership skills in supporting the teacher team, and share the knowledge I've developed over a long teaching career with teachers just starting out. I began to learn about the operational side of Academic planning and I feel like I now have a deeper understanding of all the different teams that work together to make our programmes what they are”
